While we do not accept returns, except in cases where damage has occurred during transit, we encourage you to contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We want you to love your art so our team is happy to discuss possible options.

Please inspect your artwork carefully upon arrival. If your piece arrives damaged, please get in touch with us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Please note: any damage occurring after delivery is the responsibility of the purchaser

While we take great care to accurately photograph each piece for online viewing, please be aware that individual screen settings and calibrations can affect how colours appear. As a result, slight variations in colour between the on-screen image and the actual artwork may occur.

All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped with insurance to cover loss or damage during transit. In the unlikely event of transit damage, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the artwork so we can initiate an insurance claim and arrange a solution.

Once delivered, the artwork becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend considering private insurance for high-value works.
